for those who are curious! it’s basically the story of a victorian-era(ish) woman who is shut up in a room so she can ‘recover’ (aka become more obedient) and she instead grows obsessed with the yellow wallpaper in her room
it’s really creepy and sad and an early example of a feminist short story! i am quite fond of it.
